Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor the delivery status of your package. If your package is marked as "Delivered" and you have not received your package, please contact the carrier as we cannot control the parcel once it has left the facility.
