Coffee Returns

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee products. However, if there is an issue with your coffee order, such as receiving the wrong item or if the product is damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Coffee Products

For non-coffee products (e.g., merchandise, brewing equipment), we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at support@dodocoffee.co to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Pack the Items Securely: Place the items in their original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation.
  3. Ship the Items: We will provide you with a return shipping label. Affix the label to your package and drop it off at the designated shipping location.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the original item and receive the replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Orders
