The grind size you need depends on your brewing method:

• Coarse Grind: Ideal for French press and cold brew.
• Medium-Coarse Grind: Suitable for pour-over brewers like Chemex.
• Medium Grind: Best for drip coffee makers and siphon brewers.
• Fine Grind: Perfect for espresso machines and Aeropress (with a short brewing time).
• Extra Fine Grind: Used for Turkish coffee.

Dodo is a family term adopted from some of the founder’s sons piling up couch pillows and jumping into them. “DODOOOO!!” they would yell as their little bodies plummeted to the cushions below. This playful memory is at the heart of our brand, and it naturally led us to adopt the dodo bird as our logo. As a special touch, our kids' cups are designed by the very boys who inspired our company's name!

Yes, you can visit Dodo Coffee Co. and be warmly greeted at 2699 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This was also the original site of our roasting operations, which have since been moved to a separate facility. Land has been purchased on Wedington in Fayetteville for construction of a second location later in 2024.
